R aj and I met in graduate school in Syracuse, NY. We became close friends and when he got a job in California we decided on a road trip to Niagara Falls as a sort of parting holiday before his move. We hoped to take the boat tour of the falls on the famed “Maid of the Mist.” It was an incredible weekend.
